Orange say they 'need to improve their signal'

OrangeAlthough in the UK Orange now has the biggest network coverage since joining forces with t-mobile. it does not have the most stable. customers are loosing signal then not being able to get it back for at least 3 hours. then they will need to call orange for them to fix something that shouldn't be happening in the first place. once you call orange everything is back to normal, so i contacted them via there website and they said they are aware of this issue and are trying to 'improve' their 'stability' and 'consistency' in all areas. being an 02 customer i have not experienced this myself but a couple of my friends have had this problem (that's why i contacted orange for a statement for our site) it gets you thinking if they it's happening why don't they fix it?

Ben that was his phones fault he turned off WiFi and the Phone didn't request a data connection so his blame lies with whoever and its totally location based ad you 02 3g connection isn't exactly great whereas my Orange 3g signal is available

And by the way its impossible to lose Orange connectivity due to the afore mentioned T-Mobile as we can switch which is automatic meaning we always have some kind of signal

'whereas my Orange 3g signal is available' like when we went to Birmingham then? (the third largest city in England)

I said that because he had no 3G and i had full bars.

I did have 3g and my phone says since new it only ever had 5% time without 3g and 0 mins without a signal at all says the 02 customer when they have the slowest data in the UK and the 3rd smallest

Well where I actually want to use 3G I have it so it only puts it places where you would actually use it.
